HORTENSE ELLIS IS DEAD

October 19 (RJR News) -- Female singer Hortense Ellis died at the Kingston Public Hospital Thursday afternoon after a short illness.

Hortense is younger sister of Alton Ellis. She began her career as a singer at the age of 14.
