WHO'S WHO

Devon Russell

(b. unknown -- d. June 18, 1997)

In his earlier times, Russell took a part of the vocal group Tartans with Prince Lincoln Thompson, Linbergh 'Preps' Lewis and Cedric Myton. Subsequently, he made his solo successes with his sweet warm tone, and he did his stint as lead singer for Cultural Roots in U.K. Russell died of brain tumor on June 18, 1997.
