Lee "Scratch" Perry will perform on Fuji Rock Festival

Lee "Scratch" Perry will apear on the 'white stage' of Fuji Rock Festival '99 on August 1. The 3-day festival will run from July 30 thru August 1 in Naeba ski area, a 2.5 hours drive from Tokyo, Japan.
